Case Packers

All products must be packed in order to be transported as efficiently as possible in your logistics chain.

The product should be protected to minimize transportation damages, reduce waste and the transport packaging should also meet your sustainability goals. We are really good at shelf-ready packaging.

Transport packaging from cardboard

We can offer case packers for Wraparound, RS boxes, tray or tray with lid. The maximum capacity of the case packers is up to 120 cases per minute.

Syntegon’s Elematic series is available in different designs, including infeeding and grouping of products. Regular packaging capacity 5 – 40 cases /min.

Toploaders for transport packaging

Syntegon also supplies Toploaders for transport packaging, e.g. the use of bags in cardboard. The carton is shaped, filled and sealed in the same machine. Speeds between 20-120 cartons per min.
